VICTIMS OF NAZI »EUTHANASIA«

Proposal by invitation.
Tiergartenstrasse 4, Berlin, is to be developed as a memorial and information center. The villa that once stood at this address was the administrative center of the Nazi »euthanasia« program with the code name »T4«.
The design makes the floor plan of the villa visible as a historic »footprint«.
The code name »T4« becomes a sculpture that visitors can walk through, reading information about the victims and the perpetrators.
